Our Crisp Dominex Eggplant Fries drizzled with Crab Meat, shredded Pepper Jack Cheese, Old Bay Seasoning and Dill Mayo deliver the delightful flavors of the sea in this platter of appetizing Frychos.
INGREDIENTS
1 Box of Dominex Eggplant Fries
3 Tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning ( See the recipe below if you can't find this in the store.)
4 oz. of Crab Meat
2 Cups of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Teaspoons of Dill
3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise (add a Tablespoon of Milk)
DIRECTIONS
Bake Dominex Eggplant Fries for 18 minutes at 400° F. Sprinkle on Crab Meat and Old Bay Seasoning. Top with Pepper Jack Fries. Place back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with Dill Mayo and serve. Use leftover Mayo as a dipping sauce.
OLD BAY SEASONING RECIPE
2 Tablespoons Bay leaf powder
2 Tablespoons celery salt (or 1 Tblsp. ground celery seed and 1 Tblsp. salt)
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
2 teaspoons Paprika (smoked paprika is even better if you can find it!)
1 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mace (Substitute: Nutmeg, Allspice, or Pumpkin Pie Spice)
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cardamom (Substitute: Equal Parts of Cinnamon and Ground Cloves)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
