The Cheesiest Eggplant Parm Fries

At Dominex we believe that you can never have too much eggplant or cheese. To create our Eggplant Parmesan Frychos we use over five different kinds of cheese in this recipe. Even the pasta sauce has three different cheeses in it. You'll love how it tastes.


Cheesy Eggplant Parmesan Frychos
Five different cheeses go into making the Cheesiest Eggplant Parmesan Frychos

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup of Three Cheese or Four Cheese Pasta Sauce

1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Cup Shaved Parmesan, Romano, Asiago Cheese

1 Tsp Italian Seasoning


DIRECTIONS:

Bake Dominex Eggplant Fries for 18 minutes at 400 F. Remove Fries from oven. Drizzle Pasta Sauce over Fries. Layer Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Shaved Cheese over Fries. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Add a few more drops of pasta sauce for color or serve on the side. Microwave until cheese is melted and serve.
